Helpful staff in a quiet locale

The hotel was nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk from Sarria subway station, making my exploration of the city effortless. The staff were exceptionally friendly, ready to assist with any requests, which made me feel welcomed. The swimming pool area was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing, and my clean, modern room was equipped with a comfortable bed for a restful night’s sleep.

Loved the clean and tidy room with a beautiful mountain view! Also, the AC worked great. But the bathroom door was a total disaster—no privacy at all. 😅

the location is decent, but i had to wait 30 mins for a taxi while the staff just stood there, completely not thinking about me, i also can't believe my room was not cleaned because it was 'messy', how rude. i expected a complimentary gesture for all the hassle but got nothing. absolutely horrendous, really.

Enjoyed the modern rooms and convenient access to public transport. Unfortunately, the bathroom door provided no privacy at all.

The elevator was out of service for two days during my stay!!! Also, air conditioning struggles in high temperatures!!! Noise issues from neighboring rooms were annoying, and the parking fees were unreasonable!!!

It was perfect for my group celebrating a birthday, with a great location near shops and cafes. Plus, we really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, which were well maintained! 😊

The Triple Room was super spacious and clean, which was perfect for our group. I loved having a comfy bed and a well-functioning shower. Plus, the AC was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The location near bus stops and a metro was really convenient, and that cute coffee shop next door had awesome gluten-free treats! Just wish the bathroom door offered more privacy. But overall, a great place to crash after exploring Barcelona!
